Program background Transparency of Oil Revenues and Public Finance being one of the largest programs of OSI-AF, Azerbaijan focuses its activities on three main directions that cover public finance issue in country. These directions are related to budget, oil revenues and impacts of extractive an industry, which is more related to social and human rights aspect and is aimed to development of civic oversight mechanisms. TORPF program has been working with several strategic partners starting from 2005. This list includes EITI-NGO Coalition, National Budget Group and Civic Response Network. Each of these strategic partners is responsible for one of above-mentioned directions. They have different management system and number of members for each of them varies.
