New subject of our BLOQ is linked to a problem of effective cooperation and team work within our society.
That’s why it is placed in Azerbaijan version of the web-site and oriented mainly to the local citizens. The main question is “What do we benefit from the team work?”. If any English speaking visitors wish to make their comments, we’re happy to initiate this issue in the English version as well.

Foreign radio stations will not be transmitted in Azerbaijan beginning from late 2008. Nushirevan Meherremli, chairman of National Television and Radio Council told local information agencies.
Elchin Shikhlinskiy, head of Azerbaijan Union of Journalists, named the decision of the National Television and Radio Council "rather political, that legal" and "dangerous" for radio stations that appear to be "islands of democracy and pluralism".

Traditional annual reports, press-releases, announcements, as well as other news are available at OSI-AF web-site. The improvements made include availability for project watching through grant tracking system, online Q&A, blogs, etc. ?According to survey results provided among experts and several organizations, OSI-AF was considered to be one of the most transparent organizations in our country. Do you agree with this point? Is such transparency advantage or disadvantage for OSI-AF?
