For a short-term assignment at the Azerbaijan Media Centre, International Media Support (Denmark) seeks a:

Financial and Administration Consultant

The consultant will carry out a review of all financial and administration procedures at the Azerbaijan Media Centre, provide recommendations, develop administrative and financial procedures (finance, accounting and cash management policies; formats for recording, reporting and control; policies for HR, subcontractors and suppliers; procurement policies); and interact with staff and train staff in the application of new procedures.

The consultant should have at least six (6) years professional experience in finance / accounting, preferably for non-profit organizations; proven knowledge and experience in financial and administrative procedures; and familiarity with Azeri tax legislation.

Other relevant skills include:

●    Proven experience in devising and implementing procedures during short term assignment  
●    Fluent in English
●    Able to work independently. Pro-active.

The assignment will take place in Baku and is procured competitively.
